At Upstate PME we specialize in all facets of construction bringing in backgrounds of framing, roofing, electrical and plumbing from years of experience. We specialize in complex decks, porches, decks, and fences that require a solid excavated base to stand the test of time.

Snow Plowing/Removal

We provide comprehensive snow plowing and removal services for both residential and commercial sidewalks, driveways and lots. Salting is also available as needed.
